Friday Reads #2: Hunting Prince Dracula by Kerri Maniscalco

Friday Reads #2: Hunting Prince Dracula by Kerri Maniscalco

THE CANDID COVER  came up with an amazing idea of combining 2 book memes together. Helena and I think this is an amazing and super creative idea to discover new books and to share the ones we love with everyone else! The Two memes we will be featuring on Fridays will be none other than Book Beginnings, a book meme hosted by Rose City Reader where participants share the first sentence (or so) of the book, along with initial thoughts about the sentence, impressions of the book, or anything else the opener inspires. And The Friday 56, hosted by Freda’s Voice, the rules are quite simple: Grab a book, any book, and turn to page 56 or 56% on your e-reader. Find any non-spoiler sentence(s) and post. You can also link up your […]

[Blog Tour] First We Were IV by Alexandra Sirowy

Hello, everyone! How have you been?! Welcome to today´s stop for the Blog Tour of First We Were IV by Alexandra Sirowy! We would first like to thank Brittany from BookRambles, Alexandra Sirowy and Simon and Schuster for giving us this amazing opportunity <3 Our post for today is: If you were going to invent a secret society, what would its rules be? I think that rules are very fundamental in order to have a secret society. It´s important that the members that are part of it follow them in order to have a good environment not only inside the society but outside of it as well. They have to learn how to hang out together and to always respect each other because after all, they’re […]

ARC Review: Stalking Jack The Ripper by Kerri Maniscalco

Hello guys, today I will talk to you about Stalking Jack The Ripper, and guess what?!? It was absolutely amazing and… I read this book because of two reasons: 1) I heard SO MANY amazing things about it and 2) it´s inspired in the unsolved case of Jack The Ripper! The book´s absolutely gorgeous. It has an amazing cover and also contains pictures inside that make the story even more special. Now let´s talk about the story The story was super original; Kerri wrote this story in a way that I wasn´t able to put the book down from the very first page; it’s impossible, believe me, even more, when you read the first sentence of the book. Audrey Rose was my favorite character in […]
